• Only authorised A-Star staff and your agent can access your files

You’re in control of your information at all times. You can request to view, update, or delete your data — and we’ll respond within 5 working days.
We follow UK GDPR and apply the same data handling rules universities are expected to follow. No student data is ever shared without permission.

We don’t let just anyone submit students. Every agent on the A-Star platform must:
• Pass our safeguarding and compliance training
• Complete full onboarding before uploading students
• Follow strict conduct rules — with real consequences if they don’t
Agents must agree to:
• No side payments
• No off-platform submissions
• No editing or forging documents
• No data sharing without consent
Agents who break these rules are removed immediately. We notify the institution, review the student case, and log the incident in the audit trail.
We also track agent performance across every student they refer. If someone’s cutting corners, we’ll see it — and we’ll act.
